1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.

  • The product is free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Products returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, or modifications.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance products unless defective upon delivery.

  • Products purchased during special sale events marked as "Final Sale."

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions.

  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing times may vary.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size (if applicable)

  • A replacement of the same model

  • An alternative product of equal value, subject to availability

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers must follow the standard return procedure after receiving the product.

8. Shipping Responsibility

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product was defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

9. Fraud Prevention & Verification

WatchITT reserves the right to:

  • Verify return requests.

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.

  • Refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
